Just do it…Just get it…Just hang in there…Just smile…Just go…Just win…Just one more mile…and on, and on. There are days though were you just can’t do it. Days where you’re underwater and not for lack of trying, cannot get back above the water line. You’re drowning. Its okay. Doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It just means you need to pause, get perspective, and come back. The worst thing we can do is struggle against it.

I caught a great track that explains this as I was spinning through some discovery in my music library of saved tracks. Take a listen, even if you don’t like electronic or EDM, its a great track. It is only 4 minutes of your time. Listen to it with your eyes closed and just breath through it. Listen to the sounds and the chorus. Then reflect what you felt, heard, and even saw with your eyes closed. Here it is:

You’ve felt that way right? You felt like you were underwater and there was no way you could escape back to the light.

“…feel like I’m underwater more and more each day…”

“…feel like I’m trying harder…but still can’t find a way…”

Its the last part of the chorus that I’m brought back to a positive mind set. Reminded.

In these dim lit moments we won’t take for granted, remember everything and breath…

It may be dim. It may seem lost to your sight and reach. But these moments don’t define us, they remind us. They remind us to just breath. Just breath.

  1. You can certainly see your enthusiasm in the work you write. The sector hopes for even more passionate writers like you who aren’t afraid to mention how they believe. All the time follow your heart.

  2. Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You definitely know what youre talking about, why throw away your intelligence on just posting videos to your weblog when you could be giving us something informative to read?
