There are these still moments where I am reading or checking out other blogs where I just pick up such inspiration from a quote. This is one of those.
“There is only one world, the world pressing against you at this very moment. There is one minute which you are alive, this minute here and now. The only way to live is by accepting each minute as an unrepeatable miracle.” – Anonymous
Incredibly true. The only resource I have come into contact with that is not a renewable or repeatable resource is that of time. Once that time to act, listen, love, or be kind to someone else is gone – it’s gone. You cannot get it back.
The other thing that this quote really tugs at me about is the fact we don’t treat our timelines we travel through during our daily routines as the last we have. We take for granted the minutes that pass us by as if we are owed the next minute ahead. Again, we’re not.
Create some stillness in your minutes of your day. Never take them for granted. Make the most of every one like it was the last. Be intentional with every last one of them.
