One our listeners took me up on the challenge of providing a topic for me to study for a future podcast. I loved this topic of recuperation and what I learned from it. In today’s world everyone and things are trying to take a piece of us. Which makes recuperation a super relevant subject to tackle. I think everyone out there, present company included, has experienced running around until you just can’t do it any more and then still try to keep it going. You will hit a wall at some point.
