We’re living and learning in our current climate of forced isolation with ourselves or with others how much we actually have in common. Being open and listening to learn, versus respond we can build something new. There won’t be a normal to go back to when this climate changes back, because we’ll be groups of people that have learned through a struggle. This is how I’ve learned to make the best of it!
Listen to the most recent episode of my podcast! The Thread Connected to the Sweater: Finding Shared Identity https://anchor.fm/shawn-ward/episodes/The-Thread-Connected-to-the-Sweater-Finding-Shared-Identity-eckqld
I reference two places where I did a lot of my book learning and virtual learning. The first is amazing company I’ve known for a few years Holstee. Check them out. Master of human connections.
The second one I reference are the folks from Sea Salt Learning. Also, check out the master of the this learning organization, Julian Stodd. A master at social leadership and understanding the complexities of cultures/communities/humanities.
Thanks always for listening and following the casts. I will get the next 1-2-20 up soon this month!
