
Welcome back to the podcast, The Well! Super excited to restart here creatively. I plan to keep these episodes shorter so they can be posted more frequent. I hope you’ve continued to stick close to the show. I’m experimenting a lot with it, trying to find the right purpose again. So, please, please share your feedback in the comments below.
The fist episode of the new season this year is a reflect and reset exercise that moves through a different question for 14 days. Beginning with today’s episode we have Day 0 where I explain how to start, what this is all about, as well as how it can align to some new year goal setting.
I’ve done this one other time in my past last year. As the days of deep introspection with the day’s question carried on, I learned so much. I hope you will join me. Most of what you will hear will of course be my interpretation, which as you do this yourself, will be your own. Hope we can enjoy the journey together. This is great for professional as well as personal focus.
