Let’s take the exercise from yesterday, one step further by giving it a purpose. In this exercise let’s take all the things we’ve been grateful for over the years, in no order of importance, and for 15 minutes write them all out.
The idea is not to just write about the good stuff you’re thankful for, but, the bad or uglies too. There can be an attitude of gratitude you can approach even the toughest lessons, and be thankful for them because they taught you something. Even if they taught you what NOT to do next time.
I believe regular practice of this kind, putting yourself in this attitude of gratitude, you find true optimism. You optimize yourself.

It could be a couple of days before my next R&R with you, so, go back and enjoy the others again, or let me know how your own practice is going. Thanks for the play!
