There was so much to take from this walk. I hope you like this new take on the podcast. I am going to take more walks like these, just recording what comes to mind. It’s healthy, a great way to spend some time reflecting, and sharing a story with listeners or whoever wants to escape.
Below were some of the shots from the walk. I hope you let me know how you liked the episode in plays, comments, or likes.

The hike like any, started off pretty ordinary. A river, that has an origin from somewhere, leads you to go deeper.

If you’re present enough, things start to get a lot more interesting. The rush of the water gets louder. You’re getting closer.

With climbs in elevation, so too does the jumping of the water from rock to rock.

In between the spaces of your walk, you see things that catch your mind’s eye. A blanket of life covers everything close to the source of the water.

You reach the base of the falls, the rush of water is refreshing as droplets smack you in the face. A fine cooling mist brings with it excitement to get closer. Catawba Falls is about a 100’ drop, with two tiers. You might see that second tier at the very top of the above picture.
Hope you enjoyed sharing in my journey! Talk to you next time!
